However, McDonalds has since then been sold off to Kroc who is the CEO serving a diverse population with food substances. Apart from increased output in Toledo, the company can now enjoy better facilities for refrigeration and receiving among other operations.
  • OSI Group also acquired Baho Food, a company that produces snacks and deli meats, which gets marketed in Germany and Netherlands. The main aim of acquiring this company was to improve their market position in the Netherlands and some regions in Europe where Baho Food has been serving.
